Want to stop hair shedding in its tracks? Then try a black tea rinse. It's less expensive than most protein treatments and the high caffeine content in black tea inhibits the hormone responsible for hair fall. Plus, making your own rinse is incredibly simple. Here's how: 1. Add two to four tea bags to two cups of freshly boiled water. 2. Let steep for several hours or overnight. 3. Place rinse on freshly shampooed hair. 4. Let sit for half an hour. 5. Add the moisturizing deep conditioner of your choice on top of your rinse. 6. Sit for another thirty minutes. 7. Rinse thoroughly and proceed with styling. Try it once or twice per month as a shedding treatment.
