Peanut butter protein cupcakes 👐! Hey fellow peanut butter lovers - look no further 👀💛! 🔸Mini Vanilla Almond Protein Muffins🔸 These little guys were super moist and delicious!👌 I put an almond on top of each to complete the vanilla almond flavor. I really enjoy baking with casein now! I think that is what keeps them so moist!😜 I will post recipe on the comments below amigos!⬇️

Peanut butter fudge 😍!!! "DEAR EVERYONE, I'M INCREDIBLY AMAZING!!!!!" -Love, This Peanut Butter Fudge 💙. It's also suuuuper duper extremely simple! In a food processor, throw all this in there: 2c peanut butter (ohhhh yeazzzzz 😁), 2/3c cocoa powder, 1/4c melted coconut oil, 1/2c honey, 1t vanilla flavoring, and a pinch of sea salt 🙌. Place in freezer 'til firm then store in refrigerator (orrrr eat right away if you're wise 💂). There you have it!!!! Peanut butter fudge. It'll make you happy. If you're already happy, it'll make you happier.

Peanut Butter Protein Balls 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Nutella Cookies 💕 Yep, that's right... Cookies that literally taste like warm Nutella 🙊 Preheat the oven to 180 C. Mix together: 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup hazelnut flour/ground hazelnuts (you can buy this online or in healthfood shops!), 3 tbsp melted grass fed butter (or coconut oil), 2 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/3 tsp baking powder, and a handful of dark chocolate chips. So I just made my Baked Oatmeal Banana Bread again 😁but this time for a friend and this time in a bread pan! I was able to get 6 good size slices out of it so here are the nutritional stats if you decide to make it in a bread pan. 6 slices – 128 calories | 2.2g fat | 0.7g sat fat | 22.5g carbs | 6.3g sugar | 2.8g fiber | 6.7g protein I think this is definitely going to become a staple in my house! It’s so sweet, soft & moist!! You gotta give it a try – YUUUUMMM!!! 💖💖💖💖 In case you need it again, here is the recipe! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender, blend together the following ingredients: 2 overripe bananas 🔸 1 egg🔸 1/2c unsweetened almond milk 🔸 1/3 c unsweetened applesauce🔸1 tsp vanilla extract. Pour ingredients into a bowl and add the following ingredients and stir until well incorporated: 1 cup oats 🔸1/3 c FitMiss Vanilla Chai protein powder 🔸1 tsp cinnamon 🔸1/2 tsp baking powder & 1/3 tsp baking soda. Pour into pan and bake. If you bake it in a cake pan – bake for approx. 21-24 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean. If you bake it in a bread pan – bake for approx. 41-45 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean. Store in the fridge in an air tight container. You can heat in microwave for a few seconds if you like your bread warm.🍞♨️

LEMON BARS🍋 totally inspired by the adorable man I met yesterday and the Myer lemon tree in his back yard🍋👴 I'm packing 1/2 and gifting it to him💛thanking him for his generosity and inspiration❤️ This recipe is #PALEO #grainfree #sugarfree and AMAZING!!!! Here is my recipe: For the crust mix: 2 cups almond flour 1/3 cup flax meal 1 tablespoon coconut oil 3 tablespoon almond butter 2 tablespoons water Press your crust down in a pan that's light greased with coconut oil. Bake in a 350f oven for 20-25 min In the mean time mix: 1 egg + 3 egg whites 3/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon stevia 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons coconut flour Pour on top of the crust Bake in 325f oven for 20-25 min Let cool completely before cutting💛🔪 ENJOY🍋

😁SAMOA COOKIES🍪💃 Iv been dreaming of making these for weeks now! SO PUMPED! THEY CAME OUT AMAZING!! Here is my what you need: For the cookie: 1 egg 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoon raw coconut nectar or any sweetener of your choice 3 tablespoons coconut oil 1 cup oat flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Mix wet ingredients, then add dry Mix well and refrigerate for 30+ min so the dough can firm up Once the dough is firm enough to roll, place between two pieces of wax or parchment paper, and roll to about 1/8 inches thick. Place the rolled dough the freezer for 10 min Cut with cookie cutter Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 oven for 8 min For the coconut mixture that's on top mix: 1 tablespoon coconut butter 1 teaspoon coconut oil 1 teaspoon coconut nectar 2 teaspoon water Pour this mixture on top of 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut. Place a little bit of this mixture on top of each cookie. I drizzled some raw chocolate on top: Coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, and stevia You can also drizzle dark chocolate on top🍫 ENJOY!!

Chocolate-covered coconut cashew bars 😍. The flavor combo and the texture of these are just outta this world 🚀!!! I could not be happier with how these turned out - I actually surprised myself lol. These were SO easy and would be great grab-and-go treats (like traveling taste bud parties 👅🎉)! And FYI - I have TWO clean eating e-cookbooks ✌️! They're available at ➡️WWW.THEJAZZYTHINGS.COM⬅️! Now for these wonderful flavor-filled bars: in a food processor, combine 1/2c cashews (I get all of my nuts [😜] from @vitacost), 1/3c melted coconut oil, 1c unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/3c honey, 1c coconut flour, and 1t cinnamon. Blend it all up and press into a sprayed 8x8. The chocolate topping is simply dark chocolate chips microwaved with coconut oil. No it isn't fall. Yes I love pumpkin in everything!😄 I made some Pumpkin pie pecan butter!🙌 it is delicious! I need to start making nut butters more!👍 Recipe will be below in comments⬇️ (make sure to hit load all comments)

There is just something about chocolate & strawberries... Together🙌 Wanted to try something different than the norm😬 Mmm these are gooood😋 👉Pretty simple.... 1 small chocolate bar (72% cacao) from T.j.'s (but don't feel like you can't use chocolate chips), 2 strawberries, 1 scoop @abouttimeprotein vanilla protein, & 1 Tbs almond milk. I blended the ingredients (except chocolate) in my small magic bullet blender, then put it in the freezer. Melt chocolate, put 1/2 of it in 2 cupcake molds, and put them in the freezer for 10 mins. Then add strawberry mixture, and put back in freezer until it firms. Then pour the rest of the chocolate on & freeze for atleast half hour or until completely solid. That's it!! Cookies & Cream Questbar meets chocolate covered strawberries!!😍🍓🍫 Quest bar lovers, this is a must try. No joke. Party in the mouth🎉 And there is only 6 easy steps to this. 1⃣Clean 2 large strawberries. 2⃣Microwave a cookies & cream questbar for 15 seconds. 3⃣Cut the questbar in half & mold each piece onto the strawberries. 4⃣Melt 2 Tbs dark chocolate and dip your strawberries in. 5⃣Place in freezer for 10 minutes 6⃣Eat & Enjoy!!😋 Your welcome.😁😘
