U.S. Probes COVID-19 'Lab Leak' Origin Theory

President Biden has ordered U.S. intelligence agencies to study how COVID-19 came to be and to produce a report within 90 days. The move comes months after the World Health Organization released its own report, though it left many questions unanswered. It did suggest the virus originated from an animal, but Biden wants to probe the possibility of whether it came from a lab leak. The investigation has garnered bipartisan support.
