How many times have Team Trump submitted their cases &/or appeared before SCOTUS to argue their cases for Trump, Inc.? Every time either SCOTUS refuses to hear his cases or rules against Don’s Delay Team. It’s like in Trump’s mind, once his case gets to his conservative majority SCOTUS, a lawyer on Dreamy Don’s Delay Team will every time undoubtedly hit a sure fire grand slam home run & Team Delay will win the ballgame against The Lawful Opposition by a final score of 6-3. In reality, his cases are mostly striking out with SCOTUS before his batty lawyers get a chance to take a swing at the first pitch or even make it out of their dugout. And when they do actually make it to the batter’s box, because of their client’s inability to follow his lawyers advice & the lower courts’ verdicts against Trump, his batty lawyers already have a couple strikes against them. The lower courts’ comments often have a direct negative impact on his cases before the SCOTUS judges reads them. So when his batty lawyers actually do step into the batter’s box, his batty lawyers automatically start with a full count (3 balls, 2 strikes) before the 1st pitch is thrown. The only exception being if their client takes the stand & pleads the 5th to all of Team Opposition’s questions. In the rare case that happens, then his batty lawyers will automatically start with a pitch count that represents their client perfectly- 2 strikes & NO balls. Either way, odds are there’s a greater chance that his batty lawyers have & will continue to strike out w/ SCOTUS before they ever make it to 1st base.
