An international airline group, and the United Kingdom, are working on systems that will knit together widely varying data collection systems. This will allow for the issuance of a "health pass" to allow people to board planes, cross borders, enter stadiums, and engage in other activities safely. But there are lingering issues with both proposed systems that must be addressed.
