The Small Business Administration's Paycheck Protection Program was designed to provide much-needed relief to millions of America's small businesses, supporting more than 51 million jobs and over 80% of all small business employees. The issue, however, is the nepotism and inconsistency of those receiving priority, which has greatly undermined the initiative's benevolent intent.
