We Need Conversations About Black Cuisine: Curated by Tastemaker K.J. Kearney
In my opinion, the reason Black food has not been elevated in the same way that other cuisines have is a lack of understanding. Is soul food delicious? Absolutely! With that in mind, I wanted to share a mix of written words and videos that show a variety of opinions on Black cuisine and culture.
