Liverpool Hospital Blast

A deadly blast on Remembrance Day outside of the Liverpool Women's Hospital was declared a terror incident by police on Monday and the UK terror threat was raised to severe. Emad Al Swealmeen, 32, is believed to have made a homemade bomb which exploded inside a taxi he had taken to the hospital. The taxi driver managed to escape, but Al Swealmeen was killed. Police have searched two local addresses and arrested four men. Here's what you need to know as the police continue to hunt for a motive.
