Covid Winter Plan

Boris Johnson outlined England's winter plan to combat an anticipated surge in coronavirus cases in the coming months. Plan A will include booster jabs for over 50's and the clinically vulnerable, and people will be encouraged to meet outdoors. If unsustainable pressure is put on the NHS, Plan B will reintroduce mandatory face masks, vaccine passports and working-from-home orders. So far, 81% of the UK population is fully vaccinated.
