Chili is a winter staple in my opinion and you definitely don't need meat to make a good one. If you do eat meat, you can always add in some ground beef or turkey, but it's not needed! Add on some vegan (or regular) cheese and serve with cornbread or tortilla chips for the full experience.
This beet and apple salad recipe is a little sweet, a little savory, and totally delicious. Vegan or non vegan feta cheese would be a great addition to this salad!
