That program does not exist. The "right program" is relative. Your job is to CREATE the right program for you. You do this by paying more attention to the conversations in health and fitness not less attention. You become discerning about what is being said. You open your mind up to the possibility that there are elements of truth for you behind all philosophies. You make a commitment to slowly become a master of your own metabolism. You give up being the dieter and start being the detective. You give up the ridiculous notion that there is one single philosophy in health and fitness that will magically solve all your issues. The only diet, exercise and lifestyle program that can do that is the one you discover. Once you figure it out, you practice. You don't go on to the next thing. You stick and practice and master what you know works. Here is how to get started: 1) Realize 2 things are required to lose weight and keep it off. A calorie deficit and hormonal balance. 2) Start with hormonal balance by assessing your hunger, energy and cravings (HEC). What we call "heck". If your HEC is in check, you are ready to go to step 3. 3) Assess your fat loss results. You can do this using our free online tracker here: www.metaboliceffect.com/me-shape-calculator. 4) Quarterly measure your blood labs and see the improvement. if you are losing fat week to week you are achieving the calorie deficit.
