These are DELIGHTFUL!! Made another batch hehe 😉 recipe is in my eBook but will post below for you guys too 😘 Oatmeal & Peanut Butter Cookies 1 grated apple 2 scoops protein powder (I used chocolate) 2 heaped tablespoon natural peanut butter 1/2 cup rolled oats 2 tbsp water 1 egg Cut up pieces of a choc protein bar (this is optional & I used 1/2 a choc brownie quest bar) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl & blend using a food processor. Place mixture into cookies on a baking tray & cook for 15-20 minutes on 180! This recipe made about 7 or 8 small cookies but you could also make 4 larger ones instead!

😍😁😳😱OMG! THEY TASTE LIKE A TOASTER STRUDEL! So that's what I will call them😁 Ingredients: 1 cup oat flour 1/4 cup coconut Butter (u can make your own my placing unsweetened dried coconut in a good processor, takes about 10 min) 6 tablespoons ICE cold water 3 oz of raspberries (1/2 a small container) 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds 10-15 drops of liquid stevia THAT'S IT😳😁 Mash the raspberries, add the chia seeds and stevia, set aside Mix the oat flour and coconut butter with your hand until well combined, add the ICE COLD water - tablespoon at a time, kneed with your hand until well combined Dust a counter top with more oat flour Place the dough on counter and place a piece of wax paper on top Roll the dough until u get a pie like consistency Cut into squares, or whatever shape u want! Place one tablespoon of the "Raspberry Jelly" u made Place the other piece of cut out dough on top Dip a fork in ICE cold water and seal the edges Bake at 350 for 12-14 min I dressed mine with more coconut butter and Semi Sweet Dark chocolate chip😍🍫 FYI: I have watched over 100 videos on u tube on "homemade pop tarts" and "pie crusts" , I also spent many hours looking at recipes on line to get inspired🙆I'm OVERJOYED RIGHT NOW WITH MY FINISHED PRODUCT! Ps: PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR SUBSTITUTIONS!😁I just came up with this recipe like an hour ago!

Cinnamon swirl protein cake with a "cream cheese" frosting 💛. I wanted to make the fluffiest, yet most moist cinnamon protein cake possible 🙏. Here you have it!!! 🐑 Recipe: in a food processor, combine 1 1/2c oats, 5 scoops of cinnamon swirl whey protein powder (I used Cellucor), 1 1/2t baking powder, and 2t cinnamon. Then add 3 whole eggs, 1/2c honey, 1/4c coconut sugar (sub with more honey if you don't have this), 1T melted coconut oil, 4oz applesauce, and 1/2c unsweetened almond milk. 🐑 Taste the batter alone, and you'll know how amazing this tastes! I cooked this in an 8x8 but it had a really hard time cooking evenly. I'd suggest making as cupcakes or baking in a 13x9 (350F for however long a toothpick comes out clean in the dish you're using). 🐑 Frosting: blend (in a damn blender, yes) 1/2c cottage cheese, 1 1/2 scoops cinnamon swirl protein, and enough almond milk so that it is able to blend (2T?). You want the frosting thick. This is one of my favorite ways of making frosting. It tastes like cream cheese.
