#squatonmyface Gooooood Morning ladies and gents! I get asked a lot what I look like when I wake up so here it is, NO PUMP straight outta the shower and minutes before I devoured meal 1 of my day. I woke up today feeling excellent! Here's why: 1: I got enough sleep last night! I'm willing to bet that most of you don't get enough sleep, and sleep is so vital to making sure that your body operates properly. 2: I'm also hydrated, I drink a gallon of water a day, and you may think that's a lot, but when you spread it out throughout a day, it's easy. 3: My nutrition is on point, just like my post last night, I know EXACTLY what I'm eating today. My body is my top priority, what I put into it matters at all times, if it's not amazing, I'm not eating it. Again, it's all about structure. If you can take the necessary steps every single day and just commit to YOURSELF, you will see the rewards. Every single person on this Earth that has put in the work in both the kitchen and the gym with 100% effort over a consistent period of time has seen results, it's not impossible, it's IM POSSIBLE.
