Big Ramy 3 days out of the 2014 New York pro. After being on zero carbs since Pittsburg where we still didn't believe he would compete Ramy busted his ass and did everything possible to not let you the fans down by being a no show. Even with the lost time from being really ill Ramy is a fighter who fought thru every obstacle that was in the way with traveling to Rio and Pittsburgh. Now it's time to put some carbs back in the man and dry him out, add some good tan to that and let's all enjoy the New York pro with all the other great competitors competing this weekend.
