It's Taco Tuesday on my Snapchat (@fitmencook) for Day 2 of my 5-day #vegan challenge. I just made these BANGIN' seitan tacos on corn tortillas with avocado. Over 21g protein per tostada! I seasoned the seitan with cumin, garlic & smoked paprika. Instead of lettuce I used dandelion greens and I made a coconut yogurt sauce. Tag someone to make these tostadas with you tonight! Boom.
