The 8 Biggest Excuses That Kill Your Workout Motivation

SPECIAL FROM Grandparents.com
Let’s face it: We all want to look good and be healthy, but none of us wants to exercise. “It’s too much work,” “It’s hard,” “I don’t have time,” the list goes on and on.
But here’s the bottom line: “The secret to slowing the aging process is to move,” says celebrity …

Lows behind our cold front will dip into the low 30s midweek. A freeze is expected...

Already warming up nicely... should be in the upper 60s and low 70s by the afternoon.

Snow, sleet and rain…a wintry mix?!? Now that you've stocked up on the essentials let me give you more details on the pending doom! :) An arctic front will pass through the Dallas/Fort Worth are just before daybreak Tuesday. Temperatures will quickly drop behind this system, allowing the coldest air in 9 months to invade North Texas. Highs will be in the 40s with lows in the 30s for the remainder of the week. Now on to the good stuff! An upper level disturbance will pass through the region Saturday, Saturday night and Sunday (next weekend) and trigger some light precipitation. Every possible scenario has been forecast with the computer models over the last 24-36 hours with zero consensus (not unusual this far in advance). Nothing but light rain, a rain, sleet, snow mix, dry weather and everything in between! No doubt the models will continue to flip flop and give us multiple possibilities over the coming week but my hope is, a consensus is reached as we near next weekend. My best advice…stay tuned and get ready for plummeting temps and our first taste of winter cold!!
