David Hook

David Hook is the Managing Director at Baymark Partners, a private equity firm specializing in leveraged recapitalizations and management buyouts of middle-market and high-growth companies. Over the past 15 years, David has played a key role in acquiring 60 companies and has led investments in over 50 early-stage high-tech firms, several of which have gone public or been sold for over $165 million each. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, David began his studies at Bowling Green State University before transferring to Wittenberg University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. His connection to education continues as he frequently serves as a guest lecturer to MBA students at Southern Methodist University, focusing on entrepreneurship and financial strategies.
