Digital divide: the paradox in the information (knowledge) society

The presence of ICT expands in such a way that they are part of people's daily. However, this same expansion is generating differences related to access, use and the ability to take advantage of these technologies. This phenomenon called the digital divide is a paradox in an information society: while some (individuals, communities, societies) enjoy the benefits of these technologies, others do not. This magazine wants to show the digital divide within this paradox, its relationship with cultural capital and its influence on education systems.
