***LA Muscle Recipe of the Day*** High Protein French Toast Ingredients: - 1/2 scoop vanilla LA Whey protein powder - 2 Tbsp skim milk (water also works fine) - 3 egg whites - 2 Slices bread - 2 Tbsp Honey - 3 Strawberries & Blueberries Directions: 1. Heat an electric griddle to 400 degrees or a pan on the stove to medium-high heat. 2. In a shallow bowl combine the protein powder and skim milk. 3. Add the 3 egg whites and beat until completely mixed (approximately 2 minutes). 4. Coat both sides of the bread in the shallow bowl 5. Place the coated bread on a sprayed or non-stick cooking surface and cook until done (about 4 minutes). 6.
