How safe is the UK's Rwanda plan?

The British parliament has passed a divisive law to deport asylum seekers to Rwanda, with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak promising that flights will take off by July, but legal hurdles could yet hold up or delay the policy. The new legislation, approved by lawmakers on Tuesday, is expected to receive royal assent from King Charles later this week and then will become law. Sunak promised the first flight carrying asylum seekers to Rwanda will leave in 10-12 weeks. What are the risks?
