  • “You would never know just by looking at it, but Bill FitzGibbons’s 1987 steel sculpture, Firehose Arch, holds a secret. Contained within the base of the piece is a time capsule, filled with photos and letters from the firefighters who worked in the Anchorage fire station where the sculpture is installed. For FitzGibbons, the time capsule is more than a historical inventory: It’s a key to unlocking the public’s imagination on a collaborative artwork.”

  • “One Frost is the operations center for Frost Bank. This work is part of a large collection on 4 floors of their new building. Time is Money is an analog timekeeping device displaying hours, minutes and seconds. The view infers the time from the relationship of the "hands" to unmoving index marks, just like on a standard round clock. Hours on the left. Minutes on the right. Seconds and index marks occupy the middle 3 stacks.”

  • “Self-quantification has become more and more ubiquitous in our culture, reflecting an increasing trend to visualize one’s activities aggregated, quantified and reflected in a mirror of metrics and personal technology. This growing preoccupation captured our imaginations - what kind of portrait could we create given one’s personal data? Could a portrait of measure be a 21st century artistic innovation? I•AM•I is a woven data portrait. From morning to midnight, I•AM•I interacts with its subject, responding to their physical activities and emotions through the subject’s input via mobile devices resulting in an ever changing, animated field of woven light and patterns.”

  • “The Artwork consists of two large Light drawings of 156 square meters in the glass front of two new buildings for the Fraunhofer Research - Institutes for Laser Technology and Production Technology. • “Solar Drones is a sculptural and audio installation commissioned by the National Music Centre in Calgary. It consists of sixteen resonating wooden vessels suspended from the ceiling of the fifth floor Skybridge in the National Music Centre. These resonant vessels are built from soundboards salvaged from NMC pianos that were irreversibly damaged in the 2013 flood. Each one is connected to a roof top solar panel that powers an electromagnetic system that then creates tones by activating piano wire tensioned on each vessel.” https://www.codaworx.com/project/solar-drones-national-music-centre
