House Jan. 6 committee holds hearing in October: What to know
The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol will hold a briefing on Thursday. Rep. Bennie Thompson, the committee chair, told CBS News last month the hearing would focus on some of the new information uncovered over the summer since the last public hearing. Here's what to know.

"I think there might be some clues that surface from the new information we got there," Raskin said.
The House committee did not identify any of the voices, or disclose how it obtained the audio.
