Offline and online shopping are changing. While some retailers are still trying to go online to compete, online retailers are already moving into the offline retailers' existing channels. Access to bigger data, leads to patterns. Patterns leads to "social hacking" An increase in "social hacking" will change the data; and so the circle goes.
