What to make this week: 4-27-25

Mmmm-mmm, this issue includes some of my favorite meals. If you want to take those BLT's even further add a fried egg in there, squished between the bacon and the tomato, preferably with the egg still runny. The olive oil cake is good any time, but maybe tuck that one away as a treat for your mama next month. But don't wait one second to make the buttermilk coffee cake which just might brighten up your mornings every single day this week.
