    Mapping EPA Risk Management Plan facilities

    With the help of the Data Liberation Project, which obtained the data from the EPA through Freedom of Information Act requests, Axios has mapped the facilities and their associated data.

    Since 2003, facilities have reported nearly 4,000 accidents to the EPA — some minor, some severe.
