A lot of Cooking is experimenting and trying different flavors to make your own spin on dishes. And this is my own spin on a Okra side dish. What's in it? Okra of course! Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Garlic, Hot 🔥Red Pepper Flakes, Shiitake Mushrooms, Scallions, Thyme, Tomatoes, Chicken Stock, Cilantro. I was gonna add some Pancetta first but my mind forgot. That would of added another flavor.
