Adrian Miller shares a look at the people, places, and foods that fuel our national passion for BBQ. And in addition to a number of great Allrecipes barbecue recipes Miller also added a vintage recipe for pork belly burnt ends from his new book, "Black Smoke: African Americans and the United States of Barbecue."
