Police Officer From Madison, WI, USA Gets Snow Dumped On Head After Leaving Precinct
This footage was filmed and produced 18 January 2023. The surveillance camera footage shows officer Carter Jamieson from Viroqua Police exiting the department's headquarters in the city of Madison, Wisconsin, USA, on Wednesday. But he had no idea that he was up for a surprise when he turned around and gave the door a push in order to make sure it is fully shut. After he pressed it lightly, the snow on the roof gave way directly above his head, leaving him shaking it off his head and neck before he continued walking, clearly unamused. Following the funny incident, he was later dubbed the 'snowman' by his colleagues. He said: "[Our dispatcher] was watching it happen. I walk back inside, and she's just on the floor, laughing. She just thinks it's the funniest thing in the world. I'm the snowman. That's who I am now. I'm just a snow guy." The amusing footage was shared over 48,000 times after the Viroqua Police Department shared it on their Facebook page at around 7.43 pm on Wednesday, 18th January. They stated: "Viroqua Officer Carter Jamieson hopes you have a safe and uneventful evening with the forecasted winter storm."
