Sleep is very important for rejuvenation and weight loss . I am the Cinderella at all parties and everyone knows that I vanish by 10.30 PM max. Being a early riser for years now I biological clock , commitment towards work and passion wakes me up bang at 5.15 AM even on weekends ! Inner engineering changed for life !

Action plan - However busy you are make sure to squeeze in exercises and eat right ! 80% of the time eat right and 20 % indulge in moderation. Make it just like you make your oats porridge. Buy the hulled one or powder the barley pearls. 1:3 (water ) You can spice it up or use jaggery and low fat milk . Very filling , highly nutritious and little goes a long way.
