Tory Schalkle

Tory Schalkle is Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy and has extensive experience leading enterprise-wide strategy projects, launching an internal analytics venture, managing a ten-person team, and increasing a $300 million company's revenue by 13% annually. Before joining the private sector, Tory was a policy advisor in Washington D.C., working for both a think tank and then as Senator Tom Harkin's Deputy Chief of Staff. He continues to be deeply committed to his neighborhood, serving on the Wayzata City Council's Park & Trail Board, collaborating with groups to improve Minnesota's talent retention, and supporting charities that assist low-income families. For instance, President Obama named the first nonprofit Tory J.R. Schalkle assisted in founding one of the 10 "Champions of Change."
