Rusty Tweed

Rusty Tweed has been involved in real estate transactions his entire adult life, having purchased his first rental at the age of 22 in his native Toronto, Canada. A few years later, he was able to purchase his second rental in Toronto. Rusty eventually relocated to Los Angeles, CA in 1987, using his passive income streams. Soon after arriving in Southern California, Rusty began sourcing and flipping foreclosures, and by the early 1990s, he had completed well over 30 real estate flips.
