May or may not have broken my ankle in the beginning of July. So I couldn't do any type of freestyle on the bars, strictly reps for a month and a half, day after day. I'm sure I could've sat around and made excuses for myself, but anybody that knows me, knows thats not my style. Well, those reps paid off. My endurance and stamina are up, grip is so much stronger on my re-grab, and my muscle up is sooo much cleaner.
