Most disconcerting. Appears floor is separating from wall. Hard to see in this picture. We may need a structural expert to evaluate...soon.

Doesn't take much to ding the wall. I agree with Penny. There needs to be some kind of paneling/beadboard to help toughen it up and last. Also, the wall color is too dark. Like I mentioned, color goes a long way from swatch to wall.

Door hardware is on it's last legs. Entire doorway needs to be ADA compliant.

Mechanical room is not a dumping ground. We need more storage space. I cleaned it up, but if there is a fire it will be here or the kitchen.

Replace in women's bathroom.

Stains probably from condensation. Source of humidity MUST be eliminated.

Cramped feeling in such a big room. Stained, dingy, sagging ceiling tiles and grid.

Needs new fan. Dingy ceiling doesn't feel sanitary. Stall walls need to be replaced.

Too much color. A little goes a long way on the way from the swatch to the wall.

This intake in the dining room was almost completely clogged. Jeff and Max cleaned it up.

Example of electrical equipment abandoned rather than removed.

Unused filthy water filter of poor design was bypassed. It's been replaced with new GE filter housing. Replace cartridge every 90 days.

Easy fix.

Filthy a/c diffusers.

Note: - Floor tile condition dinginess and age - Intersection of four slabs have shifted

Dead fire alarm batteries. They have been replaced, but the trouble light still flashes.

Downstairs closet/electrical room needs to stay clear.
