~30 Day Arm Challenge~ You've been asking for it, are you ready? Time for a new monthly challenge, and this time we are going to work on getting those sexy tank top arms! You can modify all these moves for your fitness level: Start pushups with your knees down or leaning against the couch or a counter. Do you bicep curls with our without weights. Break down each move into smaller sets if needed, but just challenge yourself. Change doesn't occur if you dont push yourself farther! So with Memorial Day coming up that means there will be lots of grilling and getting together. Now I'm not saying to avoid the great foods, but there are ways to make it a little healthier so you don't do as bad of damage to your hard work. So if you need ideas stay tuned this week for some awesome recipes! Be sure you share these recipes so you can keep track of them through your timeline, and dont need to come back and search! One thing I always see at parties, is the pasta salads, but I never ever eat them, but after seeing this new Skinny Maccaroni Salad, I might have to change my mind and have a little taste! Any ideas for a great sub for the mayo, let me know! (I think i might even add in some tuna to mine!) Skinny Maccaroni Salad 1 cup brown rice elbow macaroni 4 cups water 1/2 cucumber 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced 1/2 cup low-fat cheese, diced 1/2 cup celery, diced 1/2 cup carrot, grated 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice Directions: Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain and chill, adding lemon juice to macaroni. When chilled add rest of ingredients and refrigerate till serving time.
