Put together Tatay’s favorite dishes on his special day. Follow these easy recipes and prepare it with your kids! Fiesta Dome Cake Ingredients 5-6 packs (540 g each) Chiffon Cake 1 cup All-Purpose Cream, chilled 3 Tbsp Orange Marmalade 2 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped 2 tsp Fruit Cocktail Syrup 2 Tbsp Chocolate Powdered Drink (optional) 1 can (432 g) Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, drained very well Cooking Procedure: 1. Put plastic wrap liner on desired bowl (7 cups capacity) overhanging on the sides of the bowl. Set aside. 2. Slice the cake into pieces, then lay inside the bowl to cover the sides and bottom, leaving the center hollow. Reserve cake trimmings. 3. Brush or sprinkle cake with fruit cocktail syrup. Set aside, 4. In a mixing bowl, blend cream with marmalade or jam. Fold in nuts and DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. 5. Pour mixture into prepared bowl with cake. Press to cover entire space then flatten the surface. Cover top with remaining cake trimmings/slices. Cover with plastic wrap and then chill overnight or freeze for 6-8 hours. 6. Unfold by pulling the plastic wrap. Remove wrapper then sprinkle top and sides with chocolate powder drink. Slice and serve. Osso Buco Pasta Ingredients: 1 kg Beef Kenchi (without bones), chopped 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 3 -1/2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour 1/4 cup Olive Oil 1/4 cup Garlic 1 cup White Onion 1 cup Red Wine (optional) 3-4 liters water 2 pc Laurel 1 cup Carrot, diced 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, cut into squares 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, cut into squares 1/4 cup Parsley, roughly chopped 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated 1 pack (900 g) Del Monte Spaghetti, cooked as per package directions 3/4 cups (1 kg) DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce Cooking Procedure: 1. Season beef with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour then brown all sides in olive oil. Set aside. 2. In the same pan, sauté garlic and onion. Add beef and wine. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Add DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce. Salt and pepper, to taste. Stir. 3. Add water and laurel. Cover and simmer until tender (about 3 hours) stirring occasionally. 4. Add carrots and bell pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over or mix with cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti. 5. Top with parsley and grated cheese.

Beat the cream cheese with a wooden spoon or whisk until smooth. 2. Add the condensed milk and cream. 3. Layer the ingredients in a clear glass by following this order: mamon, cream cheese mixture, Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, mamon, cream cheese mixture then topped with strawberries. Makes 30 servings Lusog Notes: High in Vitamin C- Helps fight common infections.

Combine all ingredients except leeks and fish. Season with salt to taste. 2. Allow to boil, then turn down to simmer over low heat, covered for 8 minutes. 3. Add fish. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add leeks. Serve.
