I knew that Franziska Spritzler was not going to be on the 2017 Low-Carb Cruise, so I contacted her and asked if she would be available to do a recorded on-line interview. She said yes, and we made the arrangements to do a Zoom meeting (h2ha.com/zoom). However, our first attempt had some technical issues, but Franziska very graciously agreed to try again. Our 2nd attempt was good.
