John Froiland

Dr. John Froiland acknowledges the value of working as part of a team to achieve research objectives. He has worked with the Universities of Notre Dame (ND), Illinois-Champaign, and California-Berkeley (UC Berkeley) to investigate numerous factors for student involvement and motivation. When students have an inherent incentive to improve their academic performance, they are more likely to benefit from their education. Dr. John Froiland has investigated a number of initiatives that investigate why some students are more motivated than others and what can be done to encourage more students to be interested in their education.
