Place the flour, milk, egg and salt into a bowl and whisk until smooth and free of lumps. Thin down the mixture with a little water, if necessary. 2. Spray a crêpe pan or a non-stick frying pan with baking spray and set over a medium heat. 3. Pour a ladle full of mixture into the pan and swirl the pan to distribute the mixture to the edges of the pan. 4. Allow to cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, then flip over and allow to cook on the other side. 5. When the pancakes are ready, add a filling of your choice, roll up and serve.
