Scythe You off duty hiking with some friends, upon waling up a narrow ravine your friend who is a 21 year old white female slips down about 6-8 feet to a dry creek bed. She screams loudly and i crying. When you arrive at her this is what you find. Initially no pedal pulse. She screams "Don't touch it" The only other injuries is "road rash" to her hands and she is complaining of some mild lumbar pain. Your 3 miles into the woods, No Cell service, No sat phone, no radio. JUST YOU and 1 non-medically trained friend. You DID NOT bring your first aid kit. How are you going to package this and extricate her to the road 3 miles away where you can get cell service?
