Tanks home workouts and tips! Quick 20-30 minute upper body home workout! 5 exercises 4 sets! 1minute each exercise as many repetitions as you can in 1 minute. If pushups are difficult for can perform them on your knees..just make sure your thighs touch the floor as you come down. Every exercise is in order as shown in video👆👇 🔵 1) pushup plank (1 minute hold) squeeze (flex) your upper body. 🔵 2) shoulder taps..this exercise is followed by the pushup plank..don't go on your knees from the pushup plank..stay up! 🔵 3) lateral pushups..left to right! Get low. 🔵 4) knees taps 30 seconds followed by revers dips 30 shown in video👆 stay up. 🔵 5) dive bomber pushups.. Get in a pushup plank position raise your hips,lean back then forward drop to your forearms and pushup!
