Tanks home workouts and tips! Quick 20-30 minute upper body home workout! 5 exercises 4 sets! 1minute each exercise ..do as many repetitions as you can in 1 minute. If pushups are difficult for you..you can perform them on your knees..just make sure your thighs touch the floor as you come down. Every exercise is in order as shown in video👆👇 🔵 1) pushup plank (1 minute hold) squeeze (flex) your upper body. 🔵 2) shoulder taps..this exercise is followed by the pushup plank..don't go on your knees from the pushup plank..stay up! 🔵 3) lateral pushups..left to right! Get low. 🔵 4) knees taps 30 seconds followed by revers dips 30 seconds..as shown in video👆 stay up. 🔵 5) dive bomber pushups.. Get in a pushup plank position raise your hips,lean back then forward drop to your forearms and pushup!
