Disabled activists block Adams Boulevard at Clark after Health and Human Services Secretary Louis Sullivan refused to meet with their group, American Disabled for Attendant Programs Today. Protesters tried to shut down the Bankers Building where Sullivan's agency has offices. Eight protesters were forcibly removed from the back entrance, and 30 to 40 more were in the lobby, so police escorted workers through a side door.
