She’s coming into her power… She’s choosing what attracts her the most but also scares her the most.. She’s stepping into the adventure of creating her vision… and her vision is big because she is ready to birth her biggest self… She can no longer sit on the sidelines and ignore the voice inside that knows what she houses in her soul, that voice will not allow her to take the safe, comfortable route of letting her present to herself and to the world remain unopened. She’s come too far, she can now see through eyes cleared by lessons suffered in the past and she feels too deeply through a heart torn open by loss to not get involved… She recognizes that she was being initiated and primed all along to claim who she is and what she loves and what she has carried throughout the ages as a seed in her womb, waiting for this time to be watered so that it can sprout and spread the fragrance of her own medicine garden out into the world. She’s not driven by lack, nor an emptiness trying to find wholeness… she’s already made peace with an ego that once needed to prove its worth, but even so, she is not free from fear’s clutches, nor is she immune to self doubt and off days when tears flow simply because they need to… these and more vulnerabilities continue to knock on her door and she will open it, she may even invite them in for a little while so that they leave feeling acknowledged. She’s at peace with her messy human self because she got over her false self… She survived Innana’s journey to the underworld and came back humbled and understanding that It’s not about her, it’s not about her small neck of the woods either, it’s about all of God/dess, everything included, nothing deserving of derision, everything worthy of love. She knows that love is the true medicine, that it is the space of pure acceptance and the warm embrace that retrieves lost souls and brings the earth back to life. So these days, she’s not pushing her way forward or attempting to control the externals, instead she’s opening herself and allowing whatever is in alignment to come to her and it does… she cannot ignore the synchronicity, the constant surprise gifts that inform her that she is loved and she’s not alone… She knows that she is supported, she trusts that she is protected and she has faith, even in all the circumstances that seem to thwart her progress, because she is aware that these are simply detours that have hidden routes that will deliver her to exactly where she needs to be… so with gratitude she’s letting go and getting out of the way and she’s enjoying the journey all the more… she lives close to the edge of the unknown but she knows she cannot fall because she’s been given wings and to fly is her destiny. © Caroline de Lisser Art by Laurence Bernier.

Don't worry about what others think! ~ <3 ~

Look to each day as a great teacher. Remain open to lessons prepared for you. Be aware of opportunities presenting themselves. Remember to be grateful for their wisdom. <3 Illumined Ways with Sharon Fallon Shreve <3 Art: Ronnie Biccard

Fear “In the moment of greatest fear we are closest to the moment of creation. This is because the other form of the circle of light is a need for awareness, for greater consciousness.” From Being and Vibration by Joseph Rael When I think of the moments I've been in a lot of fear, I realized that I'm also striving for greater awareness - what is this about? Why is this happening? How do I move away from this fear? Maybe I look and see things I would not have seen without the fear, maybe I make a leap in consciousness! Have you ever had a moment of fear that led to a moment of great awareness or creativity? Art by Cathy Mcclelland

Your business or God’s business? It’s a relief sometimes to realize that all we really have to do in life is take care of our own business. If you find yourself overly concerned with another person’s problems – stop and ask yourself if it’s your business or God’s business. You do yourself and the other person a great disservice by not allowing them the opportunity to reach out and decide what they need for themselves. Trust in the Divinity that is within each of us, let it be our guide – showing each of us our individual path to healing!

A True Human A true human being develops his or her ability to listen deeply and to be aware of the sounds – to see with our ears. This is how we develop our intuition, our ability to hear clearly the whispers of Great Spirit. Once we develop our ability to “hear” we develop our ability to perceive Vibration. This knowledge allows us to make good decisions in the moment. Take a little time to develop your ability to listen – to Mother Earth and Father Sky. See what they have to say, and move through your day with the blessing of attunement to a higher vibration. Listen deeply today and tell us what you "hear". Art by C Mcclelland "earth/sky/water"

"If you emerge from the ending of any relationship feeling more positive about yourself, more aware of your rights needs and entitlements, more attuned to your own value, more celebratory of your own magnificence, and with better boundaries and a more finely attuned authenticity-mometer, than you have had a growthful relationship journey, even if the ending was toxic. The School of Heart Knocks yields all manner of fruit". JEFF BROWN This happened to me when I finally let go and chose to respect my own worth and honor my own needs above all other attachments within the relationship. It didn't happen suddenly though, there was the initial grief and feelings of victimization to contend with. It was a gradual healing and emergence that culminated in total forgiveness, love and gratitude towards the other for the shared journey that delivered me back to my true "self" Caroline de Lisser art; Becoming by Steven Daluz

Miriam The Prophetess Miriam (ancient Hebrew name Maryam/Miryam) has a few meanings – Bitterness, Rebellion and Strong Waters. All of these meanings bear witness to Miriam’s character and story. Sister of Moses and Aaron, and the sole person responsible for the saving of Moses from certain death and consequently the death of the people of Israel. Miriam at an early age, prophesied that her own mother would give birth to a son who would lead and redeem Israel out of slavery in the land of Egypt. This prophecy was what gave her and her family, courage and faith to hide Moses in the bushes of the Nile, knowing in this full faith, he would be found, rescued and treasured by the Miriam is also best known for her tambourine (or ancient drum) and her beloved ‘song of the sea”. When Pharaoh’s army were defeated in the waters of the Red Sea…. Miriam encouraged and instructed the women of Israel to take out their tambourines and chant in joy and praise “Sing to the Lord, for He has triumphed gloriously; horse and driver He has hurled into the sea”. Miriam the Prophetess has become for the modern Jewish woman, a leader and example of strength, hope, joy and faith, which has led to her becoming the symbolic leader of Sisterhood and Women’s communities and circles around the globe. Just give me this: A rinsing out, a cleansing free of all my smaller strivings so I can be the class act God intended. True to my purpose, all my energy aligned behind my deepest intention. And just this: A quieting down, a clearing away of internal ruckus, so I can hear the huge stillness in my heart and feel how I pulse with all creation, part and parcel of Your great singing ocean. And this too: A willingness to notice and forgive the myriad times I fall short, forgetting who I really am, what I really belong to. So I can start over, fresh and clean like sweet sheets billowing in the summer sun, my heart pierced with gratitude. ~ Belleruth Naparstek

Obey My Slightest Whisper You cannot expect everything to fall into your lap without lifting a finger. You each have your part to play and only by playing it to the full can you expect wonders to come about. Put the wheels in motion, do your part and then you can leave the rest to Me, but I must have your full cooperation. I need hands and feet to work in and through. Sometimes you are inclined to forget this. My channels are all vitally important. When I prompt a soul to do something and action is immediately taken, tremendous things can spring forth from that action because one thing leads to another. That is why I need you all alert and listening, ready to obey My slightest whisper, so these wonders which are waiting to be brought about are brought about and at great speed, and nothing is held up. Always working on about you? <3 “The boundary to what we can accept is the boundary to our freedom.” ~ Tara Brach Art: Tanya Torres

The more conscious and open you become the less likely that certain people will give you their permission to be yourself. These are the people that are well meaning but stuck in their own dualistic conditioning, so much so that they are convinced that they are right about their judgments of you and the labels that they have chosen for you. You may challenge these peoples beliefs and they will feel threatened and attack what they cannot understand. Just remember this and try not to absorb or be deterred by other peoples projections. Never allow anyone to sway you from your own truth. You don't need anyone's permission or verification, You are following your own inner guide not an outer collective herd mentality. No doubt there will be times when you will feel hurt because you will be constantly misunderstood... There are times when you'll be strong enough to handle it and times when you will feel vulnerable and victimized and need to have a good cry to release other peoples stuff. This goes with the territory and know that you are in good company, As Ralph Waldo Emerson put it, “Misunderstood! It is a right fool's word. Is it so bad then to be misunderstood? Pythagoras was misunderstood, and Socrates, and Jesus, and Luther, and Copernicus, and Galileo, and Newton, and every pure and wise spirit that ever took flesh. To be great is to be misunderstood.” On the plus side, in time you become more resilient, stronger within yourself and you learn to let go. You move away from toxic relationships and you discover your true tribe. You learn not to waste your time explaining yourself or trying to change the views of others and most importantly you learn to make no apology for your differences because you know who you are and you know your own value and you have precious beautiful things to do with your time other than suffer or entertain closed minds... You are quietly understanding and blessing them instead. Caroline de Lisser

Good morning, friends, wishing you a terrific Tuesday! "A well-developed sense of humor is the pole that adds balance to your steps as you walk the tightrope of life." ~ William Arthur Ward

This is especially true of spiritual leaders. Be wary of any teacher who encourages your attachment to them. A primary goal should be to encourage independence. Hugs ~ S <3 Art graphic: Loving them Quotes. Thank you!

No good deed goes unnoticed... To befriend a stranger in need, to offer a kind word or act of compassion, to comfort and tend to one who is suffering, is to serve from your most noble, altruistic Self. Love & blessings to all ~ Illumined Ways with Sharon Fallon Shreve <3 Art: Sue Halstenberg.

Practice develops skill. Skill leads to mastery. When you master the practice of forgiveness it becomes as natural as breathing. And when you know how to forgive, you eliminate excess mental and emotional weight that keeps you stuck in repetitive situations, circumstances, and experiences that are not healthy or productive. ~ Iyanla Vanzant

"Everything you do right now ripples outward and affects everyone. Your posture can shine your heart or transmit anxiety. Your breath can radiate love or muddy the room in depression. Your glance can awaken joy. Your words can inspire freedom. Your every act can open hearts and minds." — David Deida Artist unknown.

All life is cyclical. Sometimes we're on the bottom rung of life's spiral, sometimes the middle, and sometimes we're on its top. One thing is certain - each of us will continue to experience an amazing myriad of ascents and descents throughout our soul's lifetime(s). Best if we stay present and hold on loosely... going with the divine flow of our current reality. <3

Not all toxic people are cruel and uncaring. Some of them love us dearly. Many of them have good intentions. Most are toxic to our being simply because their needs and way of existing in the world force us to compromise ourselves and our happiness. They aren’t inherently bad people, but they aren’t the right people for us. And as hard as it is, we have to let them go. Life is hard enough without being around people who bring you down, and as much as you care, you can’t destroy yourself for the sake of someone else. You have to make your wellbeing a priority. Whether that means breaking up with someone you care about, loving a family member from a distance, letting go of a friend, or removing yourself from a situation that feels painful — you have every right to leave and create a safer space for yourself. - Daniell Koepke

Your needs don’t make you too much. They don’t make you selfish or weak or greedy. They make you human. We all have needs. And those hungers aren’t something we should feel ashamed of. They’re normal, we didn’t get enough of them as children hungers. Affections we’ve been deprived of by the people who are supposed to care for us. Connections we needed to feel whole and spaces we needed to feel safe. Cravings we’ve been taught we didn’t deserve. Appetites we’ve learned to suppress and fill with guilt. Again and again we’ve neglected our needs because we’ve been taught that they were too much— that we were too much. But we don’t have to any longer. You don’t have to. Whether you need support, alone time, affection, connection, validation, or reassurance that you are loved — it is more than okay to ask for what you need. Making your needs known isn’t about being demanding or selfish. It’s about self-care. It’s about creating a safer space for yourself. It’s about using your voice and speaking your truth. It’s about giving yourself permission to take up space. It’s about listening to your hungers and honoring them. It’s about honoring yourself. - Daniell Koepke Artist unknown
