Dr. Calvin Hirsch

As a professor at the University of California Davis, Calvin Hirsch is a well-respected person. For the past three decades, Dr. Calvin Hirsch has dedicated his career to teaching medical students and residents how to care for difficult patients in the hospital's medical unit, as well as supervising residents in the clinics he directed: the General Medicine Clinic and the Internal Medicine Geriatrics Clinic. Medical students have been taught by Dr. Calvin Hirsch for decades, both on the wards and at lectures. There have been several notable academic geriatrics careers started by Dr. Hirsch's students.
