Gotta love those post workout shakes!!! This is my usual 1 scoop Jay Robb's whey(chocolate)+a frozen banana+1 c almond milk+lots of ice then I added 1/2 cup mint chocolate arctic zero and a tad of mint extract! Very very yummy! U could also add in cocoa powder for a more chocolatey taste! Today is my last day home until probably November! Have to leave at like 730 tomorrow morning ahhh I'm excited!☺
