Perfect Post Workout💕. Recipe: 1/4c oat flour. 1tbs chocolate protein powder. 1tbs cacao powder. 1tbs pumpkin purée. 1tbs apple sauce. 1tsp baking powder. 4tbs almond milk. Whisk everything together and plop (yes, the batter will be thick, but that's why it's so fudgyy😁😁) it into a greased mug and microwave for a few minutes. Or pour into two greased mini baking dishes and bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Mmm😋 I topped it with PB2+almond milk, cacao powder+all natural maple syrup & cacao nibs. Procrastibaking 😁 sweet potato and quinoa patties Ingredients: Makes 12 patties •1 large sweet potato boiled and mashed •1 cup cooked Quinoa •1/3 medium onion, finely chopped • 1 large handful baby spinach, chopped • 1 Tablespoon chopped ginger •1/2 teaspoon cumin •1/2 teaspoon chili powder •1/2 teaspoon coriander powder •1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder •1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt or to taste •4 tablespoons chickpea flour (aka besan flour) • 1 tablespoons psyllium husk - combine all ingredients and cook until golden brown on both sides in fry pan using coconut oil

I could seriously eat pumpkin 🎃 morning ☀ noon ⏳ and night! 🌙 And what says comfort MORE like PASTA? 😉 👉To ensure no belly bloat 🙈 I didn't use a heavy cream like the regular parmesan recipe calls for 📝 💁 Instead im using ricotta to keep fats low, and protein's high 😝😝😝 An absolute pumpkin treasure 🎃 your sure to enjoy fall and beyond!!!✨✨✨ ❤Pumpkin Parmesan❤ ▪2 Cups Pumpkin Puree ▪2 TBS Avocado Oil ▪1/2 White Onion ▪4 TBS Rosemary ▪4-6 Garlic Cloves ▪1/2 Cup Ricotta ▪6 Heaping TBS Of Parmesan ▪1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar ▪Few TBS Almond Milk (Or Skimmed Milk) ▪1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes (Optional) ▪Sea Salt To Taste ➡Combine avocado oil, white onion, and rosemary together until onions are clear. ➡Add in your pumpkin, garlic, ricotta, parmesan, balsamic vinegar + red pepper flakes. ➡Gradually add milk in to thin your sauce out to your desired thickness. ➡Salt to taste ➡Serve with whole wheat pasta ➡Top with rosemary and pepper flakes ❤Enjoy!!❤

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies! 🎃🍪🎃 This have to be the best chocolate chip cookies hands down. Pumpkin or not they are amazing! Crispy on the outside and super chewy on the inside. Seriously melts in your mouth! Hope you guys enjoy them! 🙌 Ingredients: ♠️1/2 cup pumpkin purée ♠️1/2 cup xylitol ♠️1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) ♠️1 full egg ♠️1 cup oat flour (grind them yourself) ♠️1/2 cup or more chocolate chips ♠️1/2 tsp baking powder ♠️1/4 tsp cinnamon ♠️1/2 tsp pumpkin spice ♠️1/4 tsp all spice ♠️1/4 tsp pink salt ♠️1/2 tsp baking powder ♠️2 tsp vanilla extract In a bowl mix the pumpkin purée, xylitol, coconut oil and vanilla extract. (Don't add the egg yet because it will harden the coconut oil). Mix it then add the egg and mix it again. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, all spice, pumpkin spice and salt. Then add it to the wet ingredients. After you mix it we'll add the chocolate chips and mix again. Then pour golf size cookie dough into a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 mins or until toothpick comes out dry! Pumpkin Pie Protein Pancakes today! 🎃 Can't get enough pumpkin for #StackItSaturdays with @cherie_amour05 💕 My muscles need some good recovery after my late night lifting session yesterday 💪 These super fluffy pancakes are amaaazing ▶ Mix together: 1/4 c pumpkin purée, 1/4 c egg whites, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp maple extract and 1 stevia packet. Form and cook pancakes on griddle then stack away! ⏩ Top with 1 heaping tbsp of plain coconut milk yogurt mixed with 1.5 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk and 5 drops of liquid cinnamon stevia. I threw some cinnamon roasted almonds and unsweetened dried cherries on top and sprinkled some more pumpkin pie spice on top 😍 having the happiest Saturday because of this delicious stack!

This is my usual 1 scoop Jay Robb's whey(chocolate)+a frozen banana+1 c almond milk+lots of ice then I added 1/2 cup mint chocolate arctic zero and a tad of mint extract! Very very yummy! U could also add in cocoa powder for a more chocolatey taste! Today is my last day home until probably November! Have to leave at like 730 tomorrow morning ahhh I'm excited!☺

You probably know by now that I love Quest bars but I also like to make my own protein bars. I have a few back in my feed but I haven't made any in a while...until this weekend when I made these to bring with me when I was away at the kick-off😃 They turned out delicious!!!!😋😋Seriously, you have to try them!!!👊 I might have gone a little over the top with the 🍫chocolate in these but then again...you can't go wrong with chocolate😋 I used a sugarfree dark chocolate but you can use any kind and you can use less if you want a bar lower in fat. 🍫Chocolate chip cookie dough proteinbars 2 bars 🔹1 scoop (30 g) vanilla whey 🔹4 tbsp oat bran 🔹1.25 tbsp almond butter 🔹1 tsp flaxseed, or chia seed 🔹1 tbsp almond milk 🔹15 g (2 squares) sugarfree dark chocolate, chopped (use less if you want a bar lower in fat) ℹMix together all ingredients except chocolate with your hands. It might take a few minutes and the dough may seem to dry but keep going😀Add a few more drops of liquid if needed. Shape into 2 bars and wrap in foil. Keep refrigerated (for several weeks) or put in the freezer. ✔Macros for 2 bars: 356 cal, 33 g protein, 15 g carbs, 19 g fat
