Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. To prepare chicken, combine first 6 ingredients; rub evenly over chicken. Place chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 15 minutes or until a thermometer registers 180°, turning occasionally. Let stand for 5 minutes. Shred with 2 forks. 3. To prepare sauce, while chicken grills, heat canola oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook for 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Place first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and the next 7 ingredients (through egg). Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken mixture; mix lightly until combined. Divide into 12 equal portions; gently shape each portion into a small patty (do not pack). - 2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon canola oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add 6 patties to pan; cook 3 1/2 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan. Repeat procedure with remaining oil and patties. Enjoy!

Mashed Potato Casserole Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices 1 1/2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt, divided 6 ounces 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened (about 3/4 cup) Cooking spray 2 ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated (about 1/2 cup) 1/2 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) 2 tablespoons thinly sliced chives Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Place potatoes, garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large saucepan, and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Drain in a colander over a bowl, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. 3. Press potato mixture in batches through a ricer into a large bowl. Stir in reserved 1/2 cup cooking liquid, remaining 3/4 teaspoon salt, and cream cheese. 4. Spoon potato mixture into a broiler-safe 11 x 7-inch glass or ceramic baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 5. Preheat broiler. 6. Combine Parmigiano-Reggiano and panko; sprinkle evenly over top of potatoes. Broil 4 minutes or until golden brown. Cinnamon Raisin Protein French Toast with Blueberries Ingredients: ✔️2 pieces Cinnamon Raisin whole wheat bread ✔️1 scoop SHREDZ Cinnamon Bun protein powder ✔️2 tablespoon ground flaxseed ✔️½ tsp ground cinnamon ✔️½ packet stevia ✔️2 tablespoon egg whites ✔️4 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk ✔️¼ cup blueberries Directions: 1⃣In a bowl combine the protein powder, flaxseed, and cinnamon, and stevia. Mix together. 2⃣Add in the egg whites and almond milk, stir to combine. 3⃣Place the bread in a shallow dish and pour half of the mixture over top both pieces of bread. Allow the mixture to soak into the bread for 1-2 minutes. Flip each piece over and pour the remaining mixture and allow to soak for another 1-2 minutes. 4⃣While the bread is soaking, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. 5⃣Once the pan is heated, add in each piece of toast. Scrape any remaining egg mixture from the dish over each piece of toast. 6⃣Cook for about 2 minutes, and then flip each piece of bread. It should flip very easily in a non-stick pan. 7⃣Cook for another 2 minutes on the opposite side. 8⃣Garnish with the blueberries, Greek yogurt, etc. Enjoy!

Lay 1 sheet of nori, on the plastic covered mat. 3⃣Wet your fingers with water and spread 1/2 cup of the rice evenly onto the nori. 4⃣Sprinkle the rice with sesame seeds, #FlavorGod garlic seasoning and masago. Turn the sheet of nori over so that the rice side is down. 5⃣Place about 1/4 of the cucumber, avocado and crab sticks in the center of the sheet. Grab the edge of the mat closest to you, keeping the fillings in place with your fingers, and roll it into a tight cylinder, using the mat to shape the roll. 6⃣Cut roll into 6 pieces. Double Chocolate Soufflé with Warm Fudge Sauce Ingredients Souffle: Cooking spray 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 cups fat-free milk 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 large egg yolk 6 large egg whites Sauce: 1 tablespoon butter 1/3 cup sugar 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/2 cup fat-free milk 1/2 ounce bittersweet chocolate, chopped Directions 1.Position oven rack to the lowest setting, and remove middle rack. Preheat oven to 425°. 2.To prepare the soufflés, lightly coat 6 (8-ounce) soufflé dishes with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with 2 tablespoons sugar. Set aside. 3.Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring with a whisk. Gradually add 1 1/4 cups milk, stirring constantly with a whisk; bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring constantly with a whisk; remove from heat. Add 3 ounces chocolate; stir until smooth. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; cool to room temperature. Stir in vanilla and egg yolk. 4.Place egg whites in a large mixing bowl; beat at high speed with a mixer until stiff peaks form (do not overbeat). Gently fold one-fourth of egg whites into chocolate mixture; gently fold in remaining egg white mixture. Gently spoon mixture into prepared dishes. Sharply tap dishes 2 or 3 times on counter to level. Place dishes on a baking sheet; place baking sheet on the bottom rack of 425° oven. Immediately reduce oven temperature to 350° (do not remove soufflés from oven). Bake 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the side of soufflé comes out clean. 5.To prepare sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, and 1 tablespoon flour; stir well with a whisk. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk, stirring well with a whisk; bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute or until slightly thick, stirring constantly with a whisk. Remove from heat; add 1/2 ounce chocolate, stirring until smooth. Serve warm with soufflés. Enjoy!

🍝Chicken Peanut Chow Mein🍝 - 💥Ingredients💥 ✔️1 cup snow peas, trimmed ✔️2 (6-ounce) packages chow mein noodles ✔️1 tablespoon dark sesame oil, divided ✔️1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast ✔️3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce, divided ✔️3/4 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth ✔️2 tablespoons oyster sauce ✔️1 teaspoon sugar ✔️1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper ✔️1 cup presliced mushrooms ✔️2 teaspoons bottled fresh ground ginger (such as Spice World) ✔️1 cup (1-inch) sliced green onions ✔️2 tablespoons dry-roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped - 🔥Directions🔥 1⃣Cook snow peas and noodles in boiling water 3 minutes; drain. - 2⃣Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cut chicken crosswise into thin strips. Add chicken and 1 tablespoon soy sauce to pan; stir-fry 3 minutes. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm. - 3⃣Combine remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce, broth, oyster sauce, sugar, and pepper, stirring well. Heat remaining 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and ginger to pan; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add broth mixture, and cook for 1 minute. Add noodle mixture and chicken to pan; cook 1 minute, tossing to combine. Sushi Dragon Roll Ingredients 6 cups prepared sushi rice 1 Japanese cucumber 4 avocados ½ lemon 4 nori sheets, cut in half crosswise 16 shrimp tempura ⅛ cup (20oz) Tobiko Unagi (eel) - optional For toppings Spicy Mayo Unagi Sauce Black sesame seeds (optional) Vinegar water for dipping hands (Tezu) ¼ cup water 2 tsp. rice vinegar Instructions 1.Cut cucumber lengthwise into thin strips. 2.Cut the avocado in half lengthwise around the seed and twist the two halves until they separate. Hack the knife edge into the pit. Hold the skin of the avocado with the other hand and twist in counter directions. The pit will come out smoothly. 3.Remove the skin and slice the avocado widthwise with the tip of knife. 4.Gently press the avocado slices with your fingers and then keep pressing gently and evenly with the side of knife until the length of avocado is about the length of sushi roll (length of nori seaweed). Squeeze lemon over the avocado to prevent from changing color. 5.Wrap the bamboo mat with plastic wrap and place half of the nori sheet, shiny side down. Dip your hands in tezu (vinegar water) and spread the rice over the nori sheet. 6.Turn it over and put the shrimp tempura, cucumber strips, and tobiko at the bottom end of the nori sheet. If you like to put unagi, place inside here as well. 7.From the bottom end, start rolling nori sheet over the filling tightly and firmly with bamboo mat until the bottom end reaches the nori sheet. Lift the bamboo mat and roll over. 8.Place the bamboo mat over the roll and tightly squeeze the roll. 9.Using the side of knife, place the avocado on top of the roll. 10.Place plastic wrap over the roll and then put bamboo mat over. Tightly squeeze the roll until the avocado slices wrap around the sushi. Be gentle so you won’t break the avocado slices. 11.Cut the roll into 8 pieces with knife. Clean knife with wet towel after each cut. Remove the plastic wrap on top of the sushi and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!

🍝Fettucini Alfredo with Chicken🍝 - 💥Ingredients💥 ☑️1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini ☑️1 tablespoon vegetable oil ☑️4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed ☑️3 tablespoons butter ☑️1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms ☑️1 pinch garlic powder ☑️2 cups heavy whipping cream ☑️1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese ☑️3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley ☑️1 teaspoon salt - 🔥Directions🔥 1⃣Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add tortellini. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tortellini float to the top and the filling is hot, about 5 minutes. Drain. 2⃣Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir chicken breast in hot oil until no longer pink in the center, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. 3⃣Melt butter in another skillet over medium heat; cook and stir mushrooms and garlic powder until mushrooms begin to soften, about 3 minutes. Stir heavy cream into mushrooms and bring to a boil. 4⃣Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt. Continue to cook until cheese is melted, about 1 minute. 5⃣Stir tortellini and chicken into mushroom-cream sauce. Simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes. 👉 Enjoy!
