HONEY SWEETENED STRAWBERRY LEMON SORBET Share | Like | Comment l Repost http://www.facebook.com/pages/Rawforvitality/177654739026014 Ingredients: 16 oz. organic strawberries (about 2 – 3 cups) juice of 3 organic lemons zest of 1 lemon 1/4 cup of raw honey 3 -4 dashes of real sea salt Directions: 1. Pour lemon juice, zest, and strawberries into food processor or blender. Blend until well combined. 2. Add honey one tablespoon at a time, mix, and taste. Continue to add until it’s at your desired sweetness. Add salt. Blend until well combined. 3. Put in refrigerator until well chilled. 4. Pour mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s directions.* 5. Scoop into an air tight container and freeze for 2 hours before serving.
