Tiramisu PROTEIN Pancakes w/ Frosting Recipe

🍐💛Loving these raw pear crumble protein bars I made for a snack on the go!! 🍐💛 These aren't on the blog so here's the recipe:: 250g dried pear halves 50g quick oats 50g raw cashews 1 scoop @vega_team sport performance protein powder in vanilla 50g fresh diced pear 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon In a food processor combine all ingredients except 50g of the pear halves, 10g of the oats, and 1/2 tsp of the cinnamon. Process into a sticky batter. Remove from processor and press into a 8x8 baking dish. Add the remaining dried pear, oats, and cinnamon to the processor and pulse multiple times until a crumbly consistency is reached. Sprinkle this mixture over the pressed batter and press down lightly so it sticks. Freeze for 1-2 hours, cut into 20 squares! Keep In the freezer or fridge! Per square: 65 kcal 👌 #nutritionistinthekitch
