Start in plank with your feet on a blanket, or wearing socks (if you have carpet magazines, furniture sliders, frisbees, or paper plates work) begin to protract the scapulas which will round the upper back as you draw the knees towards your armpits and then slowly slide the feet back to plank. Try to keep as much weight in the hands as possible. If you want to spice it up begin to lift the hips skywards and one day the feet will get light and float.
