Mmmmm chocolate makes everything better 😋 Healthy chocolate brownies helping me take my mind off a stressful afternoon! Like everything I bake these fall into the "don't knock it till you try it" category 😂 Trust me! They are rich, chocolatie and extra gooey. Blend the following ingredients in a food processor: • 2 Tb of Cacao • 1/2 cup of Oats • 2-3 Tb of Stevia • 2 Tb of Coconut Oil • 1 Can of Kidney Beans • 1/2 t of Baking Soda Optional: fold in 1/2 cup of chopped almonds. Spread into a baking tray and pop into an oven preheated at 200 degrees celcius. Bake for 15 mins. Drizzle with combined coconut oil, 1 Tb Cacao and 1 t of Maple syrup. So delish! Try it for yourself and let me know how you go! 😉

Details 👇🏻 •Step taps ~ 30 seconds •In Out step jumps x 10 •Lateral butt kicks x 15 (each side) •Side step overs ~ 20 seconds each side Complete 4 rounds! Hitting the stairs is one of my favourite ways to do cardio.... It's a quick way to get that heart rate up whilst also getting a bit of resistance in; toning the legs, toosh and even the core! 🍇Blueberry Oatmeal Crumble Bars🍇 - Credit: @averiesunshine 👍 - 😛 INGREDIENTS 😛 - Crust and Crumble Topping 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted 1 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup old-fashioned whole-rolled oats (don't use quick cook or instant, they're finer and behave like flour and will make mixture too dry) 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed pinch salt, optional and to taste Blueberry Layer 12 ounces (2 cups) blueberries (fresh or frozen; I used frozen and didn't thaw) 1/3 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons cornstarch - ✏️ DIRECTIONS ✏️ - Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray; set aside. Crust and Crumble Topping - In a large, microwave-safe bowl melt the butter, about 1 minute on high power. Add the flour, oats, sugars, optional salt, and stir to combine. Mixture will be dry and sandy with some larger, well-formed crumble pieces. Set 1 heaping cup mixture aside to be sprinkled on later as crumble topping. Transfer remaining mixture to prepared pan, and using a spatula or your fingers, hard-pack the mixture to create an even, smooth, flat crust; set aside. Blueberry Layer - In a large mixing bowl (same one used for crust and crumble is okay), add all ingredients and toss to combine. If sugar hasn't dissolved fully that's okay because it liquifies while baking. Evenly distribute blueberry mixture over the crust. Evenly sprinkle with the reserved heaping 1 cup crumble topping mixture. Before sprinkling, I squeeze the mixture in my palm to encourage bigger crumble pieces to form. Bake for about 55 minutes, or until edges are set and center has just set. Crumble topping should appear set and very pale golden. I used frozen berries without thawing and the pan was very cold going into the oven. If using fresh berries, baking time will be reduced, but I'm not sure by how much, I'd guess at least 10-15 minutes, possibly less. Bars may take longer than 55 minutes if blueberries are very juicy. Watch your bars, not the clock, when evaluating doneness.

🍫No Bake Chia Energy Bites🍫 - Credit: @myfussyeater 🙌🍴 - 🍢 INGREDIENTS 🍢 - 1 cup rolled oats ½ cup nut butter (I used a mixture of peanut and cashew) 3 tbsp honey 2 tbsp desiccated coconut 1 tbsp chia seeds ½ tsp vanilla extract To decorate: 20g dark chocolate - INSTRUCTIONS ✏️✏️✏️ - Mix the oats, nut butter, honey, coconut, chia seeds and vanilla extract together in a bowl until fully combined. Roll the mixture into equal size bites. I made 15 bites from my mixture but you can make more or less depending on what size you want them to be. Place the bites in the fridge to firm up. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler (just be sure not to burn it!). Drizzle the chocolate onto the bites and return them to the fridge for another couple of minutes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

🍋Avocado Bean Wrap🍋 - Credit: www.womansday.com 💕 - 🍴 Ingredients 🍴 - 2 ripe avocados 1 c. fresh or jarred salsa 2 tsp. olive oil 1 red bell pepper 2 medium carrots 0.50 tsp. ground cumin 1 can low-sodium black beans 0.75 c. fresh cilantro 4 whole-wheat wraps 0.50 head romaine lettuce Lime wedges, for serving - 😊 Directions 😊 - Cut 1 avocado into 1/2-in. pieces. In a small bowl, mash the remaining avocado with 1/4 cup salsa. Cover and set aside. Heat the oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pepper and carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, until just tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the cumin and cook for 1 minute. Add the beans and the remaining 3/4 cup salsa and cook until heated through. Remove from the heat, stir in the cilantro and chopped avocado. Spread mashed avocado-salsa mixture on each wrap. Divide the lettuce and bean mixture among the wraps (about 1 cup each) and roll up. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.

🍓 Strawberry Yogurt Bark 🍓 - Credit: hellowonderful.com 👍 - Ingredients 🍴 - Yogurt (we used honey Greek Yogurt) *Dried strawberries * We used freeze dried strawberries, available in many supermarkets. You can use fresh fruit, or even nuts, or any mix-in's of your choice. I chose to use dried to keep the moisture/mushy feel and frozen texture down since the bark is frozen. - Instructions 🙌 - Step 1. Line a flat pan with sides with parchment paper and spread evenly with yogurt, make sure it's not too thin so that it breaks easily. I would say about 3/8 of an inch thick is good. Step 2. Sprinkle with your mix-in (fruit, nuts, etc) Step 3. Freeze for a few hours until completely frozen. Ours took about 4 hours for an 8" square pan, but of course it will depend on the size of your pan. Remove from frozen yogurt from the pan and peel off the parchment paper. Break into pieces.
